Australia Post has advised that we may expect some delays to deliveries, due to increased demand across their delivery network.
This may affect your order if you have purchased a small to medium product online.
If your parcel is being delivered by Australia Post you will receive an SMS or email, from Australia Post, which includes a tracking link to keep you updated with your delivery.

  • Once you have placed an order your Tracking and Order update will be sent to the email the order is placed with
  • * Pleases make sure the email is correct as this is the ONLY reason you will not have been sent tracking 99% of the time.
  • Also please make sure you include a Mobile Phone Number with the order as a Text with Tracking will also be provided along with an Update the day before the item is to be delivered ( Please make sure the Mobile number is correct based on Australia Local Mobile numbers for example 0429 112 000  NOT 61429112000 ( International).
  • Orders placed on weekends will typically be shipped out Monday Morning but packed over the weekend.

Our flat-fee shipping rate for Australian orders is $9.95, however, if you spend over $150+, you will qualify for FREE shipping Australia-wide. All of our orders come with Australia Post’s Track and Trace, so you can find out exactly where your order is throughout every step of its journey to you!
